Job: Merilyn Catering Services Inc. located 3132 26 St NE #108 Calgary AB T1Y 6Z1 is looking for one administrative assistant who can start immediately.
Wages: $29.50 per hour for 30 hours per week

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job duties:
• Open and distribute mail and other materials
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Greet people and direct them to correct seating
• Perform data entry
• Provide customer service
• Maintain and manage digital database
Other knowledge/ skills: Google Docs, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office
