Job duties:
• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
• Provide customer service
• Maintain and manage digital database
Other knowledge/ skills: MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office
Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Reliability, Time management
