We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, manage customer inquiries and bookings, maintain records, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate the flow of information within the team
• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Oversee the preparation of reports
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Perform data entry
• Maintain and manage digital database
• Maintain filing system
• Document work completed
