Administrative Assistant Job

Fantastic Transport Inc. located at 424 1st Ave E, Regina, SK is presently seeking two (2) Administrative Assistants. Applicants must have post-secondary certificate/diploma in relevant field. Some experience is preferred in related field. Applicants should be able to communicate in English. These are full-time positions. We will also consider applicants who are willing to work part time. The salary will be $25.00 per hour. Following are some of the duties:

• Coordinate the flow of information within the team
• Open and distribute mail and other materials
• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
