Job Duties:
1.Set up operation guidance for all teams, determine the appropriate timelines and expected results, and assist all internal or external communications, such as the response to customer inquiries and disputes.
2.Oversee the employees’ daily tasks’ performance, assist with workforce planning, leadership development and diversity creating growth opportunities increasing quality, performance and employee retention.
3.Publish and regularly update the internal compliance policies within the company; monitor the staff to ensure the business procedures adhere to all regulations.
4.Listen to feedback from all sources and improve our service quality as well as standards through continuous analysis, testing, and further training.
5.Create and administer budgets for supplies, equipment, and contract services.
6.Manage office equipment and inventory level to ensure all warehouse resources are stocked and kept in good shape.
7.Communicate with and advise the procurement department when liaising with reputable vendors and suppliers to acquire the most competitive price.
8.Take the lead on solving conflicts or escalations from business partners including vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders while delivering the best-in-class customer experience.
9.Administer pricing analysis on our current strategy against the market demand and margin control of our sales orders to identify any room for improving profitability.
10.Provide procedural support in strengthening the business capacity, including market opportunities and logistics development.
11.Prepare, review, and approve detailed correspondence and reports.
Qualifications:
1.A college diploma or above in business administration or a related field is required.
2.At least three years spent working in sales, business management, or other administrative support role is required.
3.Former experience in the trading industry would be a valuable asset; experience with the B2B business model is needed.
4.Working knowledge of basic business and management principles as applied to resource allocation, leadership technique, staff coordination and strategic planning.
5.Strong professional work ethic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
6.Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skill while overseeing a team.
7.Possess outstanding communicational skills with staff and management.
