Job Description:
We are looking for Administrator Manager to join us to assist with a variety of tasks. The detailed responsibilities are listed below:
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures that support the smooth operations of various departments
• Continuously review and refine internal workflows to adapt to evolving industry trends and regulatory changes
• Conduct performance evaluation, identify training needs, and provide professional development opportunities to enhance team effectiveness
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new administrative employees, ensuring alignment with company culture and operational standards
• Develop and manage budgets for administrative expenses, ensuring cost efficiency while supporting business growth
• Stay updated on online gaming legislation and ensure company policies remain compliant
• Generate and present reports to CEO detailing key administrative metrics, operational improvements, and compliance status
• Work with customer service teams to optimize player support processes, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution

• Bachelor or diploma degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field
• Several years of experience in management roles related to administrative operations. Experience in handling financial transactions, compliance, and team leadership is highly valued
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of training and managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to a tech-driven work environment, with a willingness to learn about online gaming regulations and digital financial processes
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
