Admin/ Data Entry/ CSR/ Payroll & Sales Job

Valleywise Health is looking for someone to join our Business Development Center. This is a sales and customer service position. Responsibilities and Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Responding and following up on internet requests.
Keep records of interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Provides printed, verbal, and emailed records requested.
Recording details on outstandings and/or arrange for billing.

This is a Full-time position that offers an hourly wage + commission. We may have options for Part-time positions.

The ideal candidate would possess these skills:

Solid typing skills and ability to multi-task.
Capable of using basic computer systems.
Positive work attitude.
Team Player.
Punctual.

Requirements

Must be a quick learner and have a strong dedication and good commitment level.
High School Diploma; some post-secondary education preferred.
Focus on quality and accuracy, a strong sense of urgency and dedication to excellence.
Good problem solving skills.
