We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the Emergency and Medical-Surgical Departments with 24-hour accountability for personnel, financial, and material resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
Department Leadership: Supervise and lead daily operations, ensuring efficient department function.
Staffing & Scheduling: Coordinate staff schedules based on patient acuity and maintain staffing records and statistics.
Resource Management: Oversee personnel, fiscal, and material resources to optimize department performance.
Collaboration: Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and work closely with interdisciplinary teams.
Nursing Excellence: Apply the nursing process and integrate the Five Pillars—Stewardship, Quality, Service, People, and Growth—into all aspects of work.
