Job Position: Acupuncturist
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Annual Salary: $65,000 - 75,000
Work Hour: 35 hours/week
Work Location: 14888 104 Ave #103, Surrey, BC V3R 1M4

We provide a wide array of special treatment programs and design individualized treatment plans to suit every MVA patient’s individual needs. Evergreen Clinic believes in a holistic approach to health. This is why most of our treatments are completely chemical-free and non-invasive. Our patients are thoroughly assessed and treated by myofascial release, spinal manipulation (either with hand or instrument), counselling, or corrective exercises. Our aim is to help you reach your personal health goals.
Job Duties:
• Meet with patients to discuss their medical history, symptoms, concerns, and conduct thorough assessments.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans using acupuncture theory and technique.
• Treat patients using tools such as needles, cups, pellets, and other herbal supplements.
• Inform patients about the benefits and potential risks of acupuncture, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Maintain detailed and complete records of patients.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and advise on altered treatment when necessary.
• Conduct research to identify new approaches and treatment modalities.
• Advise patients on lifestyle modifications, including dietary, exercise, stress management, and lifestyle changes.
Qualification:
• Completion of a college-level diploma program in acupuncture or related field in medicine
• Related work experience will be an asset
• Completion of an approved acupuncturist examination
• Solid medicine knowledge and acupuncture skills
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in physical therapy and rehabilitation is preferred but not required
