Accounts Receivable Job

Sno Pac Foods is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable person to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess a strong work ethic, and have a solid understanding of accounting principles. Job duties include invoicing customers, receiving and following up on customer payments, bank deposits, managing incoming and outgoing cash, and reconciling accounts. It also includes maintaining daily, monthly, and yearly accounting transactions, and tracking all sales. Will help prepare weekly payroll and is the backup for accounts payable. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Sage50 and be able to multi-task, answer phones, proficient in use of email and have accurate keyboard skills. Experience is a must. Associate's degree in accounting preferred.
