What You Will Be Doing
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in managing Clariane SE’s financial operations by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain strong financial controls and support the smooth running of our care services.
You will:
Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and efficiently
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Assist with month-end closing and reporting requirements
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments to improve processes and workflows
Provide support for audits and financial reviews as needed
Contribute to the development of best practices in accounts payable management
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP systems experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
