Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented worker to support daily office and operational functions in a fast-paced environment. This is a Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm position based in Oakland, Ca. The role includes invoicing, billing, inventory, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoiced and customer billing accurately and on time
Manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices, purchase order, and payment tracking
Monitor and support inventory control (data entry, reconciliation, and reporting)
Communiticalty effectively with company departments and vendors
Assist with audits, documentation, and compliance related to cold storage operation
Qualifications/Requirements

Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing, and accounts payable processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software
Experience with inventory control systems and data tracking
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
