Accounting Team Leader Job

- Process payroll for client’s employees with various pay schedules, process State and Federal Quarterly and Annual Payroll Reports
- File State of Texas Sales Tax Reports
- Gather financial documents and prepare financial statements for clients across various industries, including year end tax to book adjustments
- Assist clients with any financial needs within the guidelines of the agreement on a monthly and annual basis
- Review work prepared by entry-level bookkeepers
- Training entry-level bookkeepers on errors made to assist in growth
- Training all new bookkeepers on internal processes to ensure a smooth onboarding and monthly flow of work
- Process Year End tax forms (1099s)
- Assist Tax Departments with Annual financials for the purpose of Tax Preparation and answering any transaction questions that arise when processing the return
