Job Description
. Coordinate and manage the work of clerks handling tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, processing and recording financial documents, administering payroll, managing insurance claims, and collecting overdue payments.
. Review and verify the accuracy of clerks' work, approving routine payments, credits, and transactions.
. Create work schedules and set procedures, while coordinating tasks with other departments or teams.
. Address and resolve work-related issues, and prepare progress and other reports for management.
. Assess training needs and provide guidance or training to workers on their job roles and company policies.
. Order supplies and materials as required.
. Ensure computer systems and equipment function properly, and arrange for necessary maintenance and repairs.
