Job Duties:

Interview, hire, and train staff, or coordinate training programs as needed
Supervise, guide, and support staff involved in records management, finance, HR, procurement, security, and other administrative functions
Hire, onboard, and oversee the training and development of administrative personnel
Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the day-to-day operations of administrative departments
Oversee the delivery of a single administrative service or manage departments handling multiple administrative functions
Coordinate the provision of various administrative services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Monitor and assess departmental operations to ensure optimal service delivery
Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets
Plan, oversee, and control budgets related to client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
Collect, record, and reconcile administrative and service-related fees
Oversee corporate governance practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage and improve knowledge systems and record-keeping processes
Prepare reports and briefing documents for management committees evaluating administrative operations
Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and assets
