Oversee and manage the accounting department; Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting functions; Analyze financial information of company to support the management in developing strategies business planning; Work with outside CPA in preparing and reporting taxes for company; Prepare monthly balance sheets, profit and loss statements; Prepare and perform payroll accounting for employees; Advise management about tax strategies and budget forecasts; Generate cost analysis to ensure high profitability
