ACCOUNTING MANAGER Job

• Plan and oversea day to day operations of the V.Shakamuri & Co Inc. accounting & Taxation firm.
• Develop and implement effective policies, procedures and action plans of the Company.
• Provide expertise in response to client requirements and provide support to team.
• Support team members with administrative and technical issued when needed.
• Manage accounting teams, allocate tasks, and ensure filing deadlines are met.
• Review financial reports, budgets, and client files.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic advice.
• Participate in business development and marketing efforts to expand the firm’s client base.

• Managerial Experience:
o Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior managerial or leadership role in an accounting or finance-related firm.
o This may include experience as an accounting supervisor, senior accountant, or other managerial positions where you are responsible for managing teams, overseeing operations, and handling client relationships.
• Experience in Accounting Firm Operations: Experience working in a public accounting firm (or similar) and managing financial services, budgeting, audits, tax preparation, or client accounts is important. Your role may involve overseeing multiple teams, managing clients, handling financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
