Job Description:
Raman Gumber CPA Professional Corp. located at 160 Traders Blvd. East, Suite# 209, Mississauga, Ontario, L4Z 3K7 requires 1 on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 57.50 - $59.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Experience required: 5 plus years in relevant field. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided. Duties
• Lead client engagements in accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services, ensuring top-quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Review financial statements and tax filings to ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards and tax laws.
• Lead, mentor, and manage staff, including workload allocation, performance monitoring, training, and recruitment.
• Ensure adherence to CPA Canada standards and internal quality control processes; stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Manage daily firm operations, including workflow, scheduling, client communications, software implementation, and technology systems.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, billing, collections, and profitability goals for the firm.
• Provide clients with advisory services, including financial management, tax planning, business structuring, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Any other task relevant task for smooth operations of the business.
