Title: Accounting Bookkeeper
NOC: 12200
Location: Richmond
Salary: $36.70 per Hour
Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent
Positions Available: 2
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain general ledgers, and financial statements.
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Administer payrolls & arrange payments for invoices.
• Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
• Prepare tax returns for evaluation and perform other personal bookkeeping services.
• Match purchase orders with invoices.
• Perform other duties as & when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: Completion of bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of related experience is required.
