G R Trucking is looking for full time Accounting Bookkeeper.

Job Title: Accounting Bookkeeper
Location: 1340 Gladwin Rd, Abbotsford, BC V2T 5Y3
Salary: $34.70 per hour
Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent
Positions Available: 01
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Requirement
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 year of experience is required

Job Duties
• Maintain client records by preparing excel spreadsheets and using computerized bookkeeping systems;
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, adjust journal entries to prepare trial balance, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements;
• Prepare and submit payroll and payroll remittance cheques on behalf of the clients in a timely manner;
• Prepare GST remittance forms and workers' compensation forms;
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system;
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested;
• Maintain financial records for the clients;
• Respond to inquiries and requests regarding payroll, benefits and other bookkeeping duties.
• Follow up to resolve errors and discrepancies in accordance with established procedures.
