About the Role
We are currently seeking four experienced Accountants with a strong background in Research & Development (R&D) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity that requires recent, hands-on experience with R&D-related accounting. You'll play a key role in helping clients maximize their eligibility for R&D tax credits, while ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed interviews with clients to gather R&D-related financial and technical information
Review, prepare, and analyze reports and documentation for R&D tax credit submissions
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to collect, organize, and validate R&D expenses
Stay up to date with federal and state R&D credit guidelines and changes
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all filings related to R&D credits and other incentive programs
Support clients with additional grant or government aid documentation when needed

Required Qualifications
Recent and relevant R&D experience is a must
Strong understanding of IRS rules and applications for R&D tax credits
Proven experience in accounting, particularly related to R&D expenses
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferred Qualifications
CPA or equivalent professional certification
Familiarity with other government aid programs or grant funding processes
Experience working with cross-functional technical and finance teams
