Job Description:
[1] analyze financial information of our company to aid the management in developing strategic business planning in the sale of our products including but not limited to lashes, nails, hair, cosmetics and other beauty products, and prepare financial reports for managers;
[2] work with CPA in preparing and reporting taxes for our company;
[3] evaluate and analyze company’s assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepare monthly balance sheets and profit and loss statements;
[4] summarize company’s financial positions with respect to changing business environment, and document revenues and expenditures for management;
[5] audit contracts, orders, and payments in the sale of various beauty products; and
[6] collect and analyze data to determine the cost of business activities of each division and set budget for each one.
