Job Description:
Responsible for logistics project and product presentation financial planning by preparing financial analyses and forecast models; utilize Excel and Oracle to analyze large data sets; recommend future expense targets; evaluate business performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams; and coordinate with IT and operations departments to support specialized logistics requirements.
Perform infrastructure expansion and tax scenario planning analyses for BNK BATHROOM AND KITCHEN INC, leveraging long-range business planning models to assess the potential impact of strategic portfolio decisions on the company’s size, profitability, and long-term returns.
Establish financial procedures in accordance with compliance standards applicable to publicly traded companies, including financial reporting, custody and control of financial assets, maintenance of financial records, and loan collateral management, to ensure proper safeguarding of assets; determine the scope of documentation required to support BNK’s tax positions.
Review financial records submitted by overseas offices, including revenue, expenditures, and accounts receivable turnover cycles; evaluate collection status and financial forecasts to promote and maintain the financial stability of BNK’s international operations.
Review financial reports from domestic and overseas offices; prepare and submit monthly consolidated financial results, budgets, and rolling forecasts to the Head of Finance and executive management; design and enhance financial and management accounting policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support BNK’s global business development.
Perform periodic and annual financial statement finalization in accordance with GAAP and IFRS, including related financial analyses to ensure reporting accuracy and quality control; collaborate with system development teams to implement financial consolidation systems, establish accounting functions, complete U.S. data integration with global operations, and provide necessary training to employees.
Review liquidity reports and forecasts from North American regional offices; track BNK’s liquidity requirements and inter-office use of funds; minimize financial and foreign exchange risks; monitor financial performance through variance analysis between actual results and budgets; and assess expected returns and risks for each operation.
Research and analyze profit and loss activities and potential adverse financial trends to monitor market movements, identify investment opportunities, and develop strategies to control financial risk and minimize potential losses or uncertainties.
Stay current with relevant government financial reporting, tax, and control regulations; formulate financial strategies to maximize BNK’s tax benefits; and provide tax advisory support to senior management for business strategy and investment decision-making.
Provide audit support by assisting in the identification and evaluation of organizational audit risk areas and preparing or reviewing financial information as required to meet the needs of internal and group-level audit teams.
