Accountant Job

BEEC Inc. seeks an Accountant in Danville, CA

• Prepare and provide a comprehensive overview of organization’s financial position and performance;
• Track and document all related expenses and donations to ensure the organization is following 501(C) regulation and keep compliance;
• Budget management, monitor financial plans and donation proposals to ensure donation is well used in community;
• Establish internal control system to safeguard organization’s assets and promote operational efficiency;
• Analyze organization’s monthly financial data and assess performance, expenses and revenue, and overall financial health.

Work Time: M-F; 9:00am to 6:00pm. 40 hrs/week.

Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in finance, Accountancy or relevant with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in:

• Financial reporting
• Budgeting
• Tax preparation
• Auditing: Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits
• Payroll management
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Financial analysis: Provide insights on financial performance
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards

Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 1 years of experience in the position Accountant, Auditor, administration role (accounting) or related.
