Account Representative Job

Answer clients' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. Communicate with Korean brand companies in the U.S. like Binggrae, Ottogi, Samyang, and Orion. Recommend products to clients, based on clients' needs and interests. Prepare sales contracts and order forms and provide customers with product samples and catalogs. Negotiate details of contracts and payments. Manage the electronic exchange of business documents between organizations, like purchase orders, invoices, and shipping notifications, to improve efficiency and accuracy. Forward orders to manufacturers. Plan, assemble, and stock product displays in partnering retail stores like Walmart and H-E-B, or make recommendations to retailers regarding product displays, promotional programs, and advertising. Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.

Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or Related.
