What You’ll Do
Manage a debt recovery queue using our proven framework
Maintain daily call volumes and follow-up strategies
Locate and monitor overdue accounts using advanced tools
Persuade customers to resolve outstanding balances
Advise on repayment strategies
Document account activity and maintain accurate records
Follow FDCPA and ISO compliance standards
