Account processor Job

Position: Account Processor
Location: Owensboro KY 42301
Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2
Shift timings: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Job Description:
• Processing income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Mailing out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Assisting in a phone queue to help answer questions to customers associated with Assumptions and Subordinations.
• They will be expected to Complete checks same day, scan all packages same day and stay within SLA.
• There are currently 30 employees in this department and Candidate will interact with Customers, internal/external clients, phone and email. Internal face-to-face with peers and on-site management.
• Required skills: Great customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a high-pressured environment, ability to multi-task, great teamwork. Ability to be in office full time, ability to work 8-5 CST MSP or DOCV/MIR would be great!
