GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Under minimal supervision the incumbent will execute engagement, communication, and account management activities including but not limited to customer updates, order management, wholesale opportunities, and sponsorship processing to achieve organizational objectives. The Account Manager is required to have excellent communication skills, a proven record of effective account management, and in-depth knowledge of wholesale customer sales life cycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned wholesale customers and execute all received support requests accurately and in a timely manner.
Accurate execution of the wholesale customer purchase order process to include timely follow up and response.
Review and analysis of wholesale customer orders to proactively identify changes, reductions, and other gaps in order behavior to identify opportunities for additional sales.
Through regular and ongoing engagement with wholesale accounts proactively identify and communicate growth opportunities to management.
Timely and accurate execution of our wholesale customer event sponsorship request process.
Perform all activities necessary to fulfill wholesale account update requests in a timely manner.
Resolve concerns, complaints, and wholesale account customer issues professionally, with empathy, respect, and engagement while complying with established policies, processes, and practices of the organization.
Effectively document and maintain accurate records of all customer account interaction, activities, discussions, and communications.
ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients, customers, partners, supplies, and vendors.
Carries out duties in compliance with all federal and state regulations and guidelines.
Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.
Remains current in profession and industry trends.
Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by: making suggestions for improvement and learning new skills, procedures, and processes.
Is available for other duties as required.
Is available for overtime as needed.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree
Three (3) years of B2B account management experience.
Three (3) years of customer service experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Read and write routine reports and business correspondence and standard operating procedures.
Read, analyze, and develop narrative reporting of data from digital campaigns, sales tools, marketing analytics, and operational activities.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES OR QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated experience with customer relationship development and maintenance.
Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
Computer skills:
Work and be proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work and attention to detail without loss to production.
Ability to work with others in a team environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to touch, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
