The ideal team member will play a key role in fostering long-term client partnerships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional value and return on investment.

In this role, you will drive achievement of sales quotas by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering continuous skill development. In addition to the above, you will elevate the team’s success through comprehensive forecasting, ensuring consistently exceptional results! Duties:
• Ensuring that quotas are met by establishing regular check-ins with sales teams to set objectives and monitor overall performance/progress
• Identifying and soliciting potential clients
• Consistently fostering the team’s skill development to ensure the application of successful sales strategies and processes, contributing to the achievement of sales goals
• Developing sales presentations, proposals, or other materials to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
• Successfully achieving client objectives as a result of thorough planning, establishing sales goals and meticulously analyzing performance data
• Maintaining and growing sales relationships with existing clients
• Leading revenue expansion initiatives by cultivating and nurturing key client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities, resulting in an upswing in overall account revenue
• Assessing clients’ needs, recommending or assisting in the selection of appropriate goods or services, and negotiating prices or other sales terms
• Taking on a comprehensive approach to forecasting, ensuring that strategies are well-informed and adaptive to dynamic market conditions
• Meeting and exceeding client expectations, fostering sustainable success in sales initiatives

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Commerce, Business or a related field is required
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Development/Account Manager, Technical Sales, or Account Executive role is required
• Demonstrated experience of leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams, encouraging them to consistently deliver their optimal performance
• Ability to successfully use insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process
• Have a proactive drive to innovate and create effective solutions
• Ability to recognize the benefits of technology and learn new systems quickly
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A goal-oriented team player with a desire to be successful
