Key Responsibilities

Leverage your knowledge of commercial insurance to effectively manage client accounts and address their inquiries related to our platform, carriers, and wholesalers
Work with different carrier/wholesaler documents, adapting to their unique styles and habits
Utilize advanced Agency Management System (AMS) navigation experience (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.) to manage client accounts and insurance policies effectively
Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
Collaborate with team members, adapting quickly to new situations and demonstrating a team-player attitude
Efficiently manage time and workflows to ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately
Job Requirements:
Qualifications

Must have an active P&C license
Three or more years prior experience in account management, customer success, or a related role (or) currently employed at Layr for the past six months and in good standing
Knowledge of commercial insurance and experience working with carriers and wholesalers in the excess market
Familiarity with advanced AMS navigation (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.)
Familiar with Microsoft 365
This remote position involves extensive communication with colleagues using Microsoft 365. The candidate must have a quiet and private location to work from and fast Internet (200 Mb to 1 Gb) for seamless, fluid communications.
