IOM Grain LLC is a fast-growing company specializing in high-quality, food-grade soybean supply chains. Based in Portland, Indiana, we are building a strong and sustainable network of farmers across the Midwest.

Role:

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of agricultural clients, focusing on soybean trading and farmer relationships.

Key Duties:

- Maintain and expand client portfolio
- Develop sourcing partnerships with farmers
- Negotiate and close commercial deals
- Track performance and market trends

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Candidate Profile:

- Background in agricultural sales or commodity trading
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Existing farmer network preferred
- Multilingual candidates (especially Asian languages) are valued
