Job Description:
Currently, we are looking for an Accommodation Manager to join our group. This position will be full-time and permanent, and the work location is 4910 43 St, Rycroft, AB T0H 3A0.
The wage will be $39.00/hour with 30-40 hours per week. The overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate, beginning after 44 hours of work per week and / or 8 hours per day.
Job descriptions:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the INN.
• Monitor and manage revenues and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
• Create and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices for materials and supplies.
• Negotiate with clients for the use of the INN’s facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions, and other events.
• Set work schedules and ensure staff adherence to established procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: College diploma is required
• Work experience: At least 2-3 years of managerial work experience in the hospitality sector is required.
