Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, including housekeepers, inspectors, and front desk personnel.
Handle customer inquiries, address complaints.
Negotiate with suppliers for materials, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
Coordinate with front office, maintenance, and security departments and maintain accurate records
Monitor department budgets
