Rocky Mountain Sparkle is looking for a full-time accommodation service manager who can join our busy team!

Position: Accommodation service manager (NOC: 60031)
Wage: $34.67 per hour for 30-40 hours
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Expected Start Date: ASAP
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing the daily activities of the housekeepers and cleaners including appropriate cleaning of all bedrooms and all public areas.
• Planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
• Conducting regular inspections to include checking of all public areas and bedrooms to ensure that cleanliness and condition of each area meet designated standards.
• Ensuring that Supervisory Staff completes workarounds and checks in his or her absence.
• Training of all new housekeeping staff members to the required standard.
• Ensuring that sufficient staffing is present to meet the daily business demands.
• Monitoring and ensuring that the Housekeeping staff performs their duties to the company’s expected level of service.
• Assisting the Housekeeping staff and cleaners whenever necessary in performing all duties as well as accommodating all guest requests in an efficient manner.
• Ensuring payroll is documented and submitted accurately and promptly.
• Preparing and distributing assignment sheets to assigned staff and reviewing priorities.
• Purchasing, re-ordering, and maintaining cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Maintaining the housekeeping budget
Position Requirements and Qualifications
• College diploma in hotel management or other related discipline OR equivalent experience
• More than 2 years of previous experience within the accommodation industry
• Team player, Flexibility, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication
