Wage: $39.90 per hour
Working hours: 30 – 40 Hours/Week
Term: Permanent

Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation (4% vacation pay)

Each of the hotel’s 40 rooms and suites welcomes in the beauty of our surroundings withsweeping ocean views and a comfortable coastal design. Select accommodations are available forguests traveling with pets. Enjoy a grab to go breakfast or buffet breakfast each morning, onsiteparking, a business center and Wi-Fi in all rooms and social areas. The hotel also offers greatfood and cocktails at the Quarterdeck Restaurant with patio. Additional amenities include anonsite beer and wine store and two meeting rooms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficientoperation of the hotel.
• Prepare and manage budgets; monitor revenues and expenses to maximize profitability.
• Participate in the development of pricing models and promotional strategies to attract andretain guests.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials, equipment, and services.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; set work schedules and oversee team performance.
• Negotiate and coordinate with clients for the use of hotel facilities for conventions, banquets,receptions, and other events.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent service standards and support thehotel’s overall brand and reputation.
Skills & Qualifications:
• A university degree or college diploma in hotel management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the accommodation or hospitality industry.
