Position Info:
• Position: Construction General Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $51.28 - $54.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:
• Establish and develop company goals and create or approve relevant policies and programs
• Authorize and oversee the creation of major departments like promotions, customer service, and business operations
• Allocate resources, both material and human, to execute organizational policies and programs
• Set up administrative controls to oversee company records and approve promotional strategies for client acquisition and retention
• Manage overall personnel activities, including hiring, training, and professional development
• Coordinate efforts across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure smooth company operations
• Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: A college diploma or other discipline related to the industry is required
• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience is required
