• Wage: $41.25~$45.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:
• Oversee, direct, and assess the operations of retail sales
• Supervise personnel and allocate responsibilities
• Analyze market trends to identify consumer demand and the impact of competitors’ activities on sales
• Determine merchandise and services to be offered, and establish pricing and credit policies
• Conduct negotiations with vendors to acquire merchandise for resale
• Formulate and execute marketing strategies
• Plan budgets, approve expenditures, and track revenue performance
• Assess and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Manage recruitment, training, development, and retention of employees
Job Requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of related retail sales experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
