Job Description:
Salary-$25.00 hourly /35 hours per week
Department - Dairy Farm
Job duties & Responsibilities-
1. Supervise the activities of dairy farm workers ,equipment operators and general laborers.
2. Provide training and education to farm workers on best practices for milk hygiene, food safety, and adherence to dairy quality standards.
3. Oversee Cow breeding programs and related operations to promote herd health and productivity.
4. Monitor milk storage, cooling, and transportation to ensure product integrity and prevent spoilage or contamination.
5. Ensure a consistent supply of high-quality feed, veterinary products, and materials required for dairy processing.
6. Maintain farm infrastructure, machinery, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
7. Operate robotic milking systems.
8. Enforce farm safety regulations, and food safety standards to safeguard personnel, animals, and products.
9. Perform general farm tasks as needed to support ongoing operations.
