Job Duties:
• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the retail/wholesale establishment or assigned department to ensure efficient and profitable performance
• Lead, supervise, and schedule staff while clearly assigning roles and responsibilities
• Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to forecast demand and support sales growth
• Select appropriate products and services for sale and establish pricing, discount, and credit policies
• Identify suppliers and negotiate purchasing terms to secure quality merchandise at competitive rates
• Design and execute promotional and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue
• Prepare operational budgets, approve expenses, and track financial performance against targets
• Monitor customer service standards, resolve concerns, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage workforce needs by recruiting, training, mentoring, and retaining employees

Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary school education required
• Previous experience in retail is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of lifting materials and performing manual work
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices
