Job Requirement:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: 1-3 years of retail sales supervisor experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashiers, telemarketer, door-to-door salesperson or rental agent is required.
Job Duties:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of gas station.
- Oversea inventory and ensure items are in stock, order merchandise when out of stock within the budget.
- Source and negotiate with distributors for merchandise and petroleum.
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise under store refund policy.
- Manage reports to record sales figures, merchandising for data analysis and forward planning.
- Handle customer complaints, requests and issues that may arise such as supply shortages etc.
- Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed for store displays and signage etc.
- Recruit and train new staff, monitor and report on performance after hiring.
