Responsibilities and tasks:
Collaborate with architects, designers, and the builder team to transform design concepts into realistic 3D animations and renderings.
Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and animations that bring home designs and client visions to life.
Create and refine 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials to accurately represent architectural and interior details.
Participate in client meetings to present visual concepts and adjust designs based on feedback.
Prepare engaging visual assets, including renderings, layouts, and presentation materials, for use in proposals and marketing.
Ensure all 3D outputs meet project requirements, deadlines, and brand standards.
Manage multiple animation and rendering projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software to continuously improve visual presentation techniques.
