Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach and networking
Conduct product presentations and demonstrate service value to potential clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track all sales activities using CRM tools and provide accurate reporting
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction
Attend industry events and represent Red Label Enterprise with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing preferred (not required)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
