• Position: Administrative Officer

Job Duties:
• Develop and implement internal administrative procedures to support the company’s import export and wholesale trading operations
• Oversee and coordinate day to day office administrative activities to ensure company policies procedures and deadlines are consistently followed
• Establish work priorities and assign tasks to administrative staff to maintain efficient workflow and operational accuracy
• Coordinate office services including equipment supplies record systems and facility related services to support ongoing business operations
• Assist management in preparing operating budgets monitoring expenditures and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
• Compile analyze and maintain administrative and operational data and prepare periodic reports internal documents and business correspondence for management
• Train and support administrative staff while addressing routine administrative issues to maintain an organized and compliant office environment
Job Requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in office administration is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
