• Position: Wholesale Establishment Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent
• Wage: $42.00~$45.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 130-11080 50 St SE, Calgary, AB T2C 5T4
Benefits:

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the wholesale seafood establishment to ensure efficient workflow
• Locate, evaluate, and procure seafood products for resale by selecting quality merchandise and negotiating with suppliers
• Plan and administer operational budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses
• Address and resolve operational issues, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, to maintain smooth business operation
• Evaluate and assess daily operations to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Manage, supervise, and assign duties to staff, providing guidance and training to ensure productivity, efficiency, and compliance with company standards
• Determine the range of seafood products and related services to be offered
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff providing training, performance evaluation, and guidance to maintain a skilled and effective workforce
Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of retail or wholesale sales experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
