2 Glazier Supervisors Job

Advanced Seal Ltd. is a commercial and residential contractor specializing in interior and exterior caulking and window wall systems. We also specialize in fire stopping sealants, waterproof traffic coatings, and exterior painting.

We are seeking two (2) experienced Glazier Supervisors to join our team.

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $39.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 2
Location: Port Coquitlam, BC

Main Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of glaziers and other construction workers
- Coordinate and schedule the work activities of crews and projects
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and arrange for additional training as required
- Prepare production and other reports
- Order materials, equipment and supplies
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Requirements
- Completion of secondary school is required
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the glazing trade, or in a work area involving the supervision of glazing or related construction work, is required
- Red Seal endorsement or trade certificate is an asset
- Fall Protection training is an asset
- WHMIS is an asset
- English language ability is required
