Job Duties:
• contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; identify trends; implement production, quality and customer service standards.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating our food and attract customers by developing and implementing marketing, and advertising.
• Establish company business plan by preparing financial, marketing, sales, analyses and estimates.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way; maintains operations by implementing policies, system improvements and standard operating procedures.
• Manage and supervise staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, and accomplish our company goals.
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability; knowledge of budgets, inventory’s cost control.
• Maintain safe and healthy facility environment and security systems.
Skills requirements:
- Education: A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline related in this field is required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in related field is required.
