Job Description:
• Review and process online service requests from clients, ensuring accuracy and timely response.
• Answer phone calls professionally and courteously, handle inquiries, and relay messages promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings, managing calendars efficiently to avoid conflicts.
• Update service orders and cancellations on a weekly basis, and promptly report to the manager for necessary actions.
• Coordinate with the manager for the requisition of services, ensuring all necessary supplies and resources are available.
• Contact clients to confirm service orders, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
• Prepare invoices accurately and promptly, and accept payments from clients, maintaining financial records meticulously.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, faxing, emailing, and preparing correspondence as needed.
• Provide regular updates on customers’ orders, ensuring they are informed of any changes.
• Greet visitors warmly, ascertain the nature of their business, and provide them with necessary support or direction.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive client database, updating information regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

• 1-year administrative experience is required.
• Organized with the ability to multi-task and shift priorities with ease.
