Medical receptionist dutiies included coding, booking appointments, greeting paitents, kept track of and the updating of patients records, supply ordering, and closely interacted with the doctors and nurses on staff. Expansive use of fax, multi phone lines, copier, CHCS computer system, Microsoft Word, CPT, and ICD-9 codes. Mail duties included recieving, signing for, and sending mail. Assisted in minor procceedures when needed, kept work place presentable, and was in charge of employee time cards to make sure that they were correct and faxed to the main office in a prompt and efficient manner.
