Lead more than 60 employees of different disciplines, which include experiential therapists, patient safety associates, mental health

professionals, psychological assistants and interns, addictions counselors, teacher, and education specialists within the Inpatient

Clinical Programming Department.
Administer department’s activities involving staff development, recruitment, and scheduling.
Communicate with numerous hospital departments to offer solutions on continuous improvement of hospital operations and quality care.
Exhibit solid knowledge of hospital regulatory compliance issues involving State of Wisconsin and Joint Commission through consistent

compliance monitoring and participation in actions improvement.
Play a key role in setting goals for the department to improve quality, efficiency, morale, or competence, and environment for

Effectively control the fixed-time employee expenses, assets, and operational expenditures
Supervise personnel and overall functions within experiential therapy service which included group space utilization schedule

departments such as Dietary, Education, Spiritual Care, Social Services, and Nursing/Patient Care Services.
Maintain active involvement in the recruitment process and rendered assistance to Human Resources Department in developing an

operational advertisement.
Take part in the performance improvement (PI) program which serves as a model to the department functions.
Apply solution-focused principles in executing effective clinical programming in a timely and therapeutic manner.
Function as information and documentation specialist for the hospital’s electronic medical record system.
