Assume full responsibility in administering and maintaining 14 buildings with a total of 2.0 million sq. ft. and $200M annual sales, which included heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, lighting, mechanical, and landscaping.

Facilitate compliance inspections and follow through to ensure on-time completion of all necessary preventive maintenance work.
Communicate with outside vendors and contract services in scheduling routine repairs and maintenance for safety compliance requirements.
Assess daily energy reports, direct anomalies investigation, and certify repairs when completed.
Consistently identify opportunities to drive energy savings and improvements to the store environment
Evaluate work orders and prioritize craftsmen, while conducting evaluations on employees’ annual performance and providing feedback and objectives to individuals such as coaching, training, and leadership.
Coordinate with Store Management and Operations Teams in planning and executing approved special projects to ensure execution and alignment of maintenance work and competitive cost with the corporate safety program guidelines and requirements for contractors.
